Stephen W. Brown

Mr. Brown is an experienced Business Development and Project Management professional, and has held several non-public Board of Directors positions. His broad experience includes energy market assessment, energy asset acquisition, asset valuation and due diligence, non-recourse project financing, real-options valuation, negotiation of partnerships, energy and capacity product sales, turnkey construction contracts and long term service agreements. Mr. Brown has worked on projects and with partners in the U.S., U.K, Mexico, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, India, Thailand, and Columbia.

Prior to forming Endicott, Mr. Brown was an independent consultant working with AIG Financial Projects and with MPR & Associates. Between 2003 and 2006, Mr. Brown led due diligence of multiple energy projects totaling over $8 Billion in market value, and led a successful acquisition team pursuing an $800 Million, 25 facility U.S. power portfolio. Prior to that, Mr. Brown worked at El Paso Energy as a power asset development manager, and spearheaded efforts to establish El Paso's Western U.S. regional asset strategy. Prior to El Paso, Mr. Brown worked at Siemens Westinghouse and was responsible for directing three implementation groups composed of 42 professionals designing and building power projects, with contract compliance responsibility for as many as 20 concurrent projects. Mr. Brown received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Gannon University in 1986, and a masters of business administration from the University of Central Florida in 1995.
