Richard D. Wyatt
Principal

Mr. Wyatt formed Endicott Biofuels ("EBF") with Mr. Frantz and Mr. Brown in 2005. Along with Mr. Brown and Mr. Frantz, he is responsible for pursuing new business opportunities and developing the company's current portfolio of projects.

Prior to forming EBF, he was a consultant serving the energy industry (technology and financial). He provided consulting expertise for the development, acquisition and/or transition of energy related and other assets to a variety of corporate entities including private equity firms, independent development SPEs and diversified energy companies.

Mr. Wyatt has held the positions of Manager of Operations Business Development with El Paso International and Senior Trader/Commercial Manager of generation assets within NYISO with El Paso Merchant Energy, both business units of El Paso Energy Corporation. He led due diligence efforts in support of El Paso acquisition efforts. He also developed facility operation and revenue generation strategies for El Paso's New York State assets as well as authoring the commercial operation dispatch models for all of El Paso's domestic merchant assets.

In addition, he has served as an Operations Manager at General Electric Power Systems - Contractual Services Division (GE's O&M marketing and services group)--- focusing on providing long term service solutions for a wide array of generation platform types including wind, coal, oil, gas and hydro. He managed two separate gas-turbine facilities as well as led numerous due diligence efforts in support of GE's business development efforts.

Prior to his work with GE and El Paso, Mr. Wyatt held various management positions at Stewart and Stevenson Operations, Inc. and the United States Nuclear Navy where he served onboard USS South Carolina and USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. He holds degrees in business management and nuclear engineering technologies.
