Richard G. Allen Joins Endicott Biofuels As Vice President, Global Supply Chain

Houston, Texas (July 13, 2010) – Endicott Biofuels II, LLC (EBF) announced today that Richard G. Allen has joined the Company in the newly-created position of Vice President, Global Supply Chain.

Mr. Allen brings to Endicott 21 years of experience in supply chain management in the petrochemicals and refining industries. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Director, Global Supply Chain Services for TPC Group where he managed a multi-million dollar railcar, pipeline and terminaling operation in support of TPC’s butadiene, LPG and gasoline blend-stock businesses. His previous experience also includes serving as Supply Manager for the BASF-FINA Limited Partnership (BFLP) in their ethylene, butadiene and refined products business division.

Mr. Allen earned a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Old Dominion University.
