Mr. Frantz is a business development manager who joined Endicott Biofuels in 2005. He is responsible for pursuing new business opportunities and developing the company's current portfolio of projects. As a business developer, Mr. Frantz secures project site options, formulates relationships with local, state and federal government and regulatory authorities, and develops the business case for new investments. This includes project development scheduling, economic modeling, and pursuit and negotiation of purchase and sales agreements.
Mr. Frantz brings eleven years of energy industry experience to the company, primarily in economic analysis and business development. Mr. Frantz also works as a business development consultant to a wide range of clients, including NuCoastal Corporation, Goldman Sachs, AIG, and Tondu Corporation. Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Frantz worked for El Paso Energy, The Coastal Corporation, British Petroleum, and Amoco. With experiences ranging from upstream exploration development in Brazil and Vietnam, production development in West Texas' Permian Basin and coal bed methane projects in South Africa, to downstream power plant development in the Midwest and Southeastern U.S., Mr. Frantz brings a broad range of skills to the company.
Mr. Frantz received a B.S. in engineering from the University of Rochester in 1988 and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1994.
