Formed in early 2006 by four energy sector executives with nearly 80 years of collective oil / gas / power / chemical development, marketing, trading and engineering design experience, Endicott Biofuels II, LLC (the "Company," "Endicott Biofuels" or "EBF") is currently developing biodiesel refining facilities Nationwide. Endicott is based in Houston, TX.

In our short history in the dynamic biofuels industry, we are taking great care to assemble the finest minds in engineering, construction, biotechnology, finance and more. With each new opportunity, we are carefully guarding and enhancing the values and the entrepreneurial spirit that helped us get where we are today.

That same focus has and will continue to lead us to some of the most creative and productive work in biorefining. This planning has meant much more than a challenging, exhilarating place to advance a career. That means the members of the Endicott team have been able to accomplish new, groundbreaking work in a very visible way.

This work has been recognized by investors and respected entities such as the US Department of Energy in singling out Endicott as the only biodiesel producer to be provide with an opportunity to be rewarded with a loan guarantee. (article)
